Individual Therapy

A Happier, Healthier You

In my individual therapy sessions, I primarily work with youth, young adults, and adults who are struggling with a variety of issues including; anxiety/worry, depression, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, low motivation, low energy, high stress, difficulty adjusting to life's transitions, interpersonal relationships issues, as well as feeling overwhelmed by guilt, regret, resentment, rejection, and loneliness. 

By exploring your life from a variety of perspectives and therapeutic approaches, we will work together to bring about new insights, consider new/different choices and options, let go of old beliefs, limit unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, as well as improve emotional balance and overall well-being. 


We will develop an understanding of the barriers/obstacles that are getting in the way of you living your "best life" and we will work toward a place in which you feel more balanced, confident, healthier, and happier.
